Some modules are better with a person. of them reach material that the 1:1 works through with someone in the room. On the solo tier those modules give you the written work and tell you plainly where the edge is, rather than pretending the edge is not there. That is the honest argument for the second tier, and the reason it costs what it does.
This is not treatment and it is not a substitute for it. If you are in crisis, having thoughts of harming yourself, or dealing with active dependence, this is the wrong tool right now and the right one is a professional.
