Human reviews are required at pivotal points. deeper modules require an agreed buddy or Alex arrangement before starting and a completed review afterwards. There are also reviews after diagnosis and at the final plan. The buddy route is available on either tier; sessions with Alex follow your session arrangement.
This is not treatment and it is not a substitute for it. If you are in crisis, having thoughts of harming yourself, or dealing with active dependence, this is the wrong tool right now and the right one is a professional. The 1:1 screens for that in the first conversation. A program you buy online cannot, so you are being asked directly instead.
Written by the person who ran these scripts, not a content team. Not therapy, and honest about that. Some modules touch material that is better done with a person, and they say so plainly rather than pretending otherwise.
