SuperstateX › The checklist
Twenty-one sentences. Tick the ones that are yours.
These are the everyday shapes three Life Scripts take, written as sentences about an ordinary week rather than as a personality type. Nobody has none of them. What matters is which column fills up, because that is the script doing the most work in your life right now. Any line you want explaining, open it.

Keep the tally.
Leave a name and an email and the tally is saved with them. Alex reads these himself, and it is the only way he can come back to you about what you ticked. No sequence and no newsletter, because there is no list to add you to.
Your ticks stay in this browser. Only the three counts travel, with your name and email.
Saved.
That is the tally kept. It is not the read, though. A tally tells you which column to look at first. It cannot tell you how the three stack, which one runs at work while another runs at home, or what the pattern has been spending on your behalf.

Questions people ask about this
What is a Life Script?
A Life Script is the rule a person worked out in childhood about what makes them acceptable, and then kept running. It shows up as a repeating pattern in decisions, work and relationships. Three of them cover most people: I am fine if I am strong (The Warrior), I am fine if I am the best (The Achiever), and I am fine if I please others (The Pleaser).
How do I know which Life Script is running me?
Read sentences that describe an ordinary week rather than a personality type, and see which group you recognize. Almost nobody has none of them. The one that matters is the column that fills up, because that is the script doing the most work in your life right now.
Can two Life Scripts run at once?
Yes, and it is ordinary. Two scripts commonly split by setting, with one running at work and the other running at home. When two are level, the feeling underneath breaks the tie: being unnecessary points to the Warrior, inadequacy to the Achiever, guilt and shame to the Pleaser.
A tally is a shape. The assessment is the read.
Ticking sentences tells you which column is heaviest. It does not tell you how the three stack, which one runs at work while another runs at home, or what the pattern has been quietly spending on your behalf. That takes thirty-six questions and about five minutes.
